Stories from the Homestead
Some of our best times and memories have been at Dennis' homestead cabin. It's a long drive from Anchorage and several miles off the road. In the summer we get there with four wheelers. In the winter it's an hour-long snowmachine ride from the nearest highway. (We say "snowmachines" in Alaska. You might call them "sleds" or "snowmobiles" depending on where you live).
The following list of stories is in reverse chronological order, with the most recent story first. I will add new stories to the top of the list. To read all stories in chronological order, click on the last in the list. A link at the bottom of each story will lead you to the next.
